  • 4 bars Cadbury Flake, crushed Provides delightful chocolate pieces.
  • 2 bars Cadbury Flake, crumbled for topping Adds texture and decoration.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until mixed, resembling wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan and chill for about 15 minutes.

Make the Mousse

  • Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in crushed Cadbury Flake until evenly distributed.

Assemble the Tart

  • Spread the mousse over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle crumbled Cadbury Flake on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve

  • Once set, slice and serve chilled; add optional chocolate shavings.
