Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy skin.
  • Season both sides of the fillets generously with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt. Let them sit for about five minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in the olive oil until shimmering.
  • Carefully place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Gently flip the salmon fillets over with a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • While waiting for the salmon to finish cooking, whisk together the unsalted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Once the salmon is ready, pour the honey butter mixture over the fillets and let it bubble for 1-2 minutes.

Garnishing
