  • Combine the chopped dark chocolate and cinnamon (or peppermint extract) and stir until melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the toppings over the chocolate or select toppings for the variations.
  • Set aside for about three hours until firm.
  • Once set, cut the chocolate into 3-inch pieces and serve.
