Preparation

  • Add milk if needed until the mixture is smooth and easily pipeable.
  • Wash and hull the strawberries, ensuring they are dry.

Filling & Coating

  • Use a piping bag to fill each strawberry generously with the cheesecake filling.
  • Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles damp sand.
  • Dip the stuffed strawberries into the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.

Chill

  • Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an elegant touch, consider drizzling chocolate sauce or sprinkling crushed nuts before serving. Use lighter cream cheese or Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
