  • Let your chicken tenderloins soak up this luscious marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt, and onion powder.
  • Whisk until well combined, then refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Coating the Chicken

  • In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and the remaining kosher salt.
  • This mixture will create that deliciously crispy coating.

Frying the Chicken

  • Use a heavy pot and heat your oil to around 350°F.
  • Take your marinated chicken and dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  • Carefully drop the chicken into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, drain them on a wire rack to remove any excess oil.

Serving

  • Place the delicious chicken tenders on a plate with your flavorful Cane’s sauce and a side of crinkle fries.
  • Enjoy the crispy texture and the mouthwatering flavor of your homemade masterpiece!

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the pan, check the oil temperature, and always let the chicken rest on a wire rack instead of paper towels.
