Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and gochujang, mixing until well blended. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.

Serving
