  • 1 lb Steak, thinly sliced Tender and juicy for quick cooking.
  • 1 lb Pasta Penne or rotini work beautifully!
  • 1/2 cup Butter Forms the base of the garlic butter sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Provides creaminess that binds the ingredients.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Melts beautifully and adds gooey texture.
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix Infuses the dish with zesty notes.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential seasonings to enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil salted water in a large pot. Once boiling, add your pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.

Preparing the Skillet

  • Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.

Cooking the Steak

  • Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden-brown.

Adding Cream and Ranch

  • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir in the ranch dressing mix. Simmer on low heat until slightly thickened.

Combining Ingredients

  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted into the sauce.

Seasoning and Serving

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.

Notes

For added crunch, serve with a green salad or garlic bread. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
