Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce Adds umami flavor while keeping the dish not overly salty.
  • 1/4 cup beef broth A rich base that moistens the steak.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Brings tanginess that complements the meat.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Elevates the dish with aromatic essence.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds subtle sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Adds smokiness for depth of flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper For seasoning and a touch of heat.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
  • Add steak, soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to your slow cooker.
  • Stir to coat all the steak pieces evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender.
  • Serve hot on its own or over mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies.

Notes
