  • 1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust Crumbly and sweet base.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavors.
  • 1 cup boiling water Essential for dissolving Jello.
  • 1 cup cold water Balances temperature of the Jello mixture.
  • 2 small boxes (3 ounces each) Jello, assorted flavors and colors Provides vibrant flavors.
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed Adds a fluffy finish.
  • to taste Easter candies or sprinkles Optional decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until perfectly smooth.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve one box of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water and stir.
  • Pour half of the Jello mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until slightly set.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Jello layer.
  • Chill again for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Dissolve the second box of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, followed by adding 1 cup of cold water.
  • Carefully pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, spread the whipped topping over the pie.
  • Garnish with Easter candies or sprinkles.

Notes

Make sure to soften the cream cheese thoroughly. Use a whisk for mixing Jello completely. Allow sufficient chilling time between layers.
