Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  • Gently fold in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and green onions.
  • Carefully add the crab meat and lemon juice; fold gently.
  • Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with tomatoes and parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Gently fold the crab meat to maintain its texture. Adjust seasoning to your taste; feel free to amp up the cayenne for more heat.
