  • In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Once it reaches an al dente texture, drain it and set it aside.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and olive oil, letting them melt together.
  • Introduce minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until golden.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
