Preparation

  • Shape the mixture into uniform patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the crab cakes, cooking them for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the crab cakes and let them drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately.
