  • 1 can crescent roll dough Provides a flaky, buttery texture.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing vegetables.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix until well-combined.

Assembly

  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, unroll the crescent dough into a ring shape.
  • Spoon the steak and vegetable mix into the center of the crescent ring, then layer with provolone cheese.
  • Fold the triangle points of the dough over the filling to enclose it.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and puffed.
