  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves or jam Adds tartness.

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted For a rich and decadent exterior.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Knead until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Take small amounts of the dough, flatten, and place a dollop of raspberry preserves in the center, wrapping it to form smooth balls.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the truffles on it. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

Chocolate Coating

  • While truffles chill, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth. Dip each frozen truffle in chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  • Sprinkle with dried rose petals if desired. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
