Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the marshmallow fluff until silky smooth.
  • Off the heat, mix in the Rice Krispies and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Allow it to cool while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, taking care to mix thoroughly.
  • Finally, gently fold in the sour cream to create a luscious filling.

Combine and Pour

  • Carefully pour the creamy cheesecake filling over the cooled Rice Krispies crust.

Bake
