  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme Earthy and aromatic

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into 1½-inch florets.
  • Toss the florets with olive oil and black pepper in a large bowl until well-coated.
  • In another bowl, combine the finely grated parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, dried oregano or thyme, paprika, and additional black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle the parmesan coating generously over the florets.
  • Mist with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing the florets halfway through until golden brown and fork-tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Freshness of the cauliflower is key for maximum flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed and experiment with different herbs.
