  • mini chocolate chips To give the snowman personality with eyes and buttons.
  • candy corn or orange M&Ms For the snowman's adorable little nose.
  • red and green sprinkles To add a festive touch of color.
  • small pretzel sticks Optional, for the snowman's arms.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for the crust.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined, then press this mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then allow it to cool completely.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until perfectly smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Assembling the Cheesecake

  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow it to set properly.

Decorating

  • Once the cheesecake is set, carefully remove it from the pan.
  • Use mini chocolate chips for the snowman's eyes and buttons, orange candy corn for its nose, and sprinkle red and green sprinkles around.
  • Insert pretzel sticks for the arms and pipe whipped cream around the base.
