  • 2 large eggs Binds the ingredients together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well mixed.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form a crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add 1 cup sugar while mixing until combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the strawberry puree to create a marbled effect.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set but has a slight jiggle.
  • Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool inside for about one hour.
  • After cooling, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight for optimal texture.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best results; avoid rushing the cooling process to prevent cracks.
