Instructions
 

Preparation of Crust

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until you achieve a crumbly texture.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer.
  • Chill the crust for 20 minutes to help it set and firm up.

Preparation of Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, and fold in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Assembly

  • Arrange the fresh raspberries and peach slices over the cooled filling.
  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
